Alcohol – California State Liquor Laws prohibit guests from bringing alcoholic beverages into Goodwin Field. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Guests who appear to be under the age of 30 will be required to show approved identification. Only “Bona Fide” forms of identification that are currently valid (not expired), issued by a Government Agency and contain the following will be accepted: Name of Person, Photograph, Physical Description, and Date of Birth.

No guest will be served more than two alcoholic beverages at any time. Alcoholic beverage sales on the concourse level will be cut off at the first pitch of the 8th inning during a baseball game, and at designated times during concerts and other events.

Autographs - Players and Coaches are prohibited from signing autographs during Flyers games. Fans may acquire autographs prior to or following games as players and coaches are available. Select Players will also be signing before the game at the Merch Booth. Last year we had a special suprise and had GBL MVP (The Flyers Very Own) Peanut Williams and Ex-MLB player and Current Long Beach Armada DH Jose Canseco for a game.

Bag Search - All bags are subject to search upon entry to and within the ballpark. Prohibited items should be disposed of in trash containers or returned to one’s vehicle (For a list of such items, please SEE Prohibited Items).

Batting Practice - Gates open ONE hour before game time, allowing guests to view infield practice for the Flyers and their opponent. There is usually approximately 30 minutes of batting practice remaining at the time gates open, so be sure to arrive early so you can catch all the pre-game action!

Beach Balls and Brooms - Beach Balls and other inflatable items are not permitted in Goodwin Field. Brooms used to celebrate a Flyers “sweep” of an opponent may be brought in provided they do not exceed THREE (3) feet in length, and do not interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.

Birthday and Anniversary Messages - Goodwin Field can help celebrate a birthday or anniversary by displaying the occasion on our scoreboard during the game. The service is FREE and space is limited on a first-come-first-serve basis. For more information about birthday, anniversary and other celebratory messages, please call (714) 526-TEAM (8326).

Camera & Video Equipment - Fans are welcome to bring still and hand-held video cameras into Goodwin Field as long as the equipment does not interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the game. Guests wishing to use equipment that requires the use of a tri-pod at a fixed positioning in the stadium must contact the Flyers' Director of Public Relations for permission. Any rebroadcast or reproduction of the game and/or event without the express written consent of the Orange County Flyers and the Golden Baseball League (GBL) is strictly prohibited.*

Children

Age Restrictions - Children under TWO (2) years of age do not need a ticket for entry into Goodwin Field, provided they will NOT be taking up a seat location of any kind...they MUST sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Children TWO (2) years of age and older must have a ticket to the game or event.

Code of Conduct - The Orange County Flyers and its Team Members are committed to providing our guests with an enjoyable, safe atmosphere. Our staff will proactively intervene to support a family-oriented environment in which ALL guests can enjoy the baseball experience free from the following behaviors:

° Foul or abusive language and/or gestures.
° Intoxication and/or other signs of impairment.
° Displays of affection not appropriate in a public/family setting.
° Any disruption to the game by guests' actions or the presence of an unauthorized person on the playing field.
° Guests seated in a location other than their assigned seat and/or seating area.
° Smoking or tobacco use in non-designated areas.

If someone interferes with your enjoyment of a game, please contact a Guest Services Representative for immediate assistance.

Concessions - The stadium hosts several fixed and portable concession stands. These stands feature traditional ballpark favorites such as hot dogs, peanuts, soda and nachos, pretzles, churros. In addition, there are specialty items such as pizza and barbequed tri-tip. The stadium also features a selection of alcoholic beverages, which may be purchased through the middle of the 7th inning. Non-alcoholic beverages include a variety of soft drinks, bottled water and other refreshing drinks.

Disabled Seating - Wheelchair and companion seating is offered in designated areas above sections M and F. Folding chairs are available at the Guest Services Booth located near the main entrance to the stadium. Ask the usher nearest to your section for immediate assistance.


Donations and Charitable Events - ALL donation requests for charitable fundraisers should be made in writing on organizational letterhead, and should include the date and purpose of the event. Such requests should be mailed to:

Employment Opportunities - Part-time, Seasonal (summer), event-driven postions are available at Goodwin Field and most shifts occur during evenings and weekends. Such positions are Beer Server (21+), Wait Staff for Premiium Box Seas (Good Tips!), Concessions Staff, Food Prep, Merch Staff, Ushers, Kid Zone Staff (Bounce House, Speed Pitch). Exit and Re-Entry Policy - Guests may exit Goodwin Field at any time. Guests may only re-enter the stadium after presenting their ticket stub to the current day's event to a Team Member located near the exit gates.

Please be advised that items sent through the mail to be signed are done so at your own risk. Though reasonable precautions will be taken, Flyers Players, Management and Staff are not responsible for unreturned or misplaced items.

First Aid - The First Aid Station is located on the concourse. If First Aid assistance is needed, please go to the Guest Services Booth or contact the nearest Guest Services Representative.

Food - Golden Baseball League (GBL) rules state that any outside food items are not allowed to be brought inside Goodwin Field.

Foul Balls - Guests may keep any balls that enter the stands. Please be aware that batted balls can enter the seating area at a high rate of speed and can cause serious injury, so ALL fans are advised to remain alert at all times. When attempting to catch a foul ball, please do not interfere with the game in progress, and be respectful of other fans. At no time should a foul ball be thrown back on the field. Guests who fail to adhere to these rules face immediate ejection from the ballpark and will be subject to arrest and prosecution.

Game Day Magazines - Complimentary game day magazines are available at every game near the main entrance to the stadium.

Gate Times And Entrances - There is one main entrance into Goodwin Field. The entrance is located on the 3rd Base side of the press box on the main concourse level. Gates will open ONE (1) hour prior to the scheduled start of each game, and at designated times for all other events.

Group Outings - Enjoy high quality entertainment and exciting Flyers baseball with a group of friends, family or co-workers at the ballpark! When reserving your event through our Director of Group Sales, groups of 25 or more will receive (amongst other things) seating together (subject to availability), and acknowledgement over the stadium public address system.

Guest Services - The Guest Services Booth is located on the concourse near the main entrance. All inquiries such as stadium announcements, contest registration, ...etc. should be directed to the Guest Services Booth at all games.

Laser Pointers - The use of laser pointers is strictly prohibited at Goodwin Field, and will result in confiscation of the laser pointer and possible ejection.

Lost and Found - Items found in or around the ballpark during events should be turned into the Guest Services Booth located on the concourse near the main entrance to the stadium. All lost and found items will be tagged and stored for 30 days. Every effort will be made to return the item to its owner. If an item has been stored for 30 days and has not been claimed, it may then be given to charity or otherwise disposed of.

Lost and found items can be picked up at our Main Office during regular office hours of 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday @ 111d North Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92832.

Mascot - Coal Train the Coyote Engineer, the official mascot of the Orange County Flyers, and their self-proclaimed "Furry & Friendly #1 Fan," is available for appearances at community and charitable events. Merchandise - Official Flyers Merchandise can be purchased at our "mobile" Flyers Depot located on the concourse near the main entrance to the stadium. On game days, the Flyers Depot will open as soon as the main gates open for ticketed guests only, ONE (1) hour prior to scheduled game time. Noisemakers - For the comfort and enjoyment of alll of our guests, noisemakers of any type, including (but not limited to) air horns and cowbells, are prohibited at the ballpark.

Parking - Goodwin Field is located at the NORTH end of the Cal State Fullerton campus, just off the 57 Freeway at Yorba Linda Blvd. From either direction on the 57, Exit Yorba Linda Blvd. and go WEST. Turn left on Associated Rd. (the first street light), and make an immediate right into Parking Lot G. CSUF Parking Policy dictates that ALL vehicles parked in student lots (including Parking Lots A & G around the stadium) MUST have a Daily Parking Permit (Cost...$5) from Monday at 7:00am through Friday at 5:00pm. Given such, parking will be FREE for ALL Friday-Sunday Weekend home dates.

Police and Security - For the safety of our guests, police are on site during most stadium events. If you have an emergency, please alert the nearest Guest Services Representative.

Scorecards - Scorecards are available as part of our Play Ball game day magazine, available FREE at all regular season home games to all fans as they enter the stadium.

Prohibited Items - In the interest of fan safety and enjoyment, the Orange County Flyers Professional Baseball Club reserves the right to prevent certain items from entering the stadium. The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought into Goodwin Field:

...Cloth bags, soft packs, backpacks and baby bags ARE PERMITTED, but subject to search.

Rain Delays - In the event of damp and/or wet weather, according to Golden Baseball League (GBL) rules, the home team, and Cal State Fullerton are the sole judge of the conditions of the playing field, prior to the exchange of lineup cards. The umpire-in-chief shall be the sole judge as to whether and when play shall be suspended during a game because of unsuitable weather conditions (or the unfit condition of the playing field), as to whether and when the play shall be resumed after such suspension, and as to whether and when a game shall be terminated after such suspension. The umpire-in-chief shall, at all times, try to complete a game. His authority to resume play following one or more suspensions shall be absolute, and he shall terminate a game ONLY when there appears to be no possibility of completing the ballgame.

Restrooms - Stadium restrooms are located on either side of the Press Box on the main concourse...WOMEN on the 1st Base Side, and MEN on the 3rd Base Side. In the event of a near capacity or larger crowd, extra bathrooms at the adjacent football stadium may be opened as well.

Smoking Policy - Goodwin Field is a smoke-free facility. Smoking and tobacco use is strictly prohibited within the stadium gates.

Tailgating - Tailgating prior to OR following Flyers home games is permitted, provided the following:

...Any grill/BBQ that is used is NOT wood-burning.
...NO glass bottles and/or containers are used for any purpose.
...Regular parking lot traffic is not obstructed in any way as a result of a tailgate gathering.
...The parking lot is left in the condition that it was found. In other words, clean-up!

Taxi - To arrange for taxi service, please stop by the Guest Services Booth located on the concourse near the main entrance. A Guest Services Representative will assist you in reserving a ride.

Tickets - Guests can purchase individual game tickets to home games in a variety of different ways. These include (but are not limited to) in person at our main office at least a day in advance, and online at www.OrangeCountyFlyers.com by way of our online ticketing system. Additional Goodwin Field Box Office hours will be set and publicized closer to our home opener.

Will Call - Guests may pick up Will Call tickets at the Goodwin Field Box Office beginning ONE (1) hour prior to scheduled game time when gates open, or according to extended hours throughout the season. A valid photo ID is required of anyone picking up tickets at Will Call, and tickets will ONLY be released to the individual named on the envelope.
